Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your Damon Containers order, returns are accepted within 28 working days from the delivery of your order.

All goods should be returned undamaged, in the same condition as received, through a fully tracked and insured postal or courier service.  

All return arrangements, costs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Damon Containers cannot be held responsible for any damage, losses costs incurred in return transit.

If you would like to start a return please email your name, order number and reason for return below or directly here - contact@damoncontainers.com - We will then start the returns process and inform you how to proceed.

All refunds are processed within 5 working days once goods are received back. We cannot issue any refunds if we have not received the goods back.
